New Book

I just read a great new book by Nancy Carlson, Henry's Amazing Imagination.

I could see using this in storytime or showing it to a teacher or parent. It shows a kind and gentle way of encouraging a child to write down their stories instead of 'fibbing' about things. It inspires me to tell adults about this so they can help a child in their care understand and overcome lying. It's illustrated in the bright, bold colors that are traditionaly Nancy Carlson. Find out more about her and her books at Nancy's Neighborhood.
